At My Home Tools, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned and you may need to return or exchange a product. That’s why we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy to ensure that our customers have a positive shopping experience.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Please note that returns must be in their original condition and packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Custom orders and special orders are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply bring or send the product and your original receipt to our store or contact us. Our team will be happy to assist you with the process and answer any questions you may have.

Please include your full name and address and order number inside the parcel, so we can easily identify the sender.
We will let you know once we receive your item and we will submit a full refund to the payment method used originally to make the order. It may take up to 7 working days for the refund to be visible in your account.
